  • Work closely with the Project manager and the producer to create a production pipeline for slot game development, and create and maintain the flow and schedule for production.

  • Managed and directed multiple small teams of game designers (Math),art directors, artists, animators, frontend engineers, and sound artists to create new slot games.

  • Create and facilitate a creative environment where all individual contributors can participate in the game design process. 

  • Work closely with the designer (Math) to balance the UX and mechanic specifications for the game design.

  • Effectively lead each teams while maintaining healthy and positive work environment 

  • Establish Style, quality, and user experience for the app.
